• Encouraged class discussions by building discussions into lessons, actively soliciting input, asking open-ended questions and using techniques to track student participation.

• I led a successful strategic focus that was driven by our vision to be the only wealth firm physicians want to work with. My team delivered experiences that enhanced our relationships with physicians so much that they can't help but talk about it with their families, friends and colleagues. We welcomed more physician clients to MD Management Ltd in our FY23 than in any of the previous five years.
