  • Support 18 clubs leaders run their clubs in an effective manner. I chairing quarterly leaders meetings to understand members needs and feedback while offering support and communications from the District.
  • Fostered collaborative partnerships with local organizations like the Nappanee Chamber of Commerce and other toastmasters club in and outside the region to increase member engagement and grow Toastmasters membership base in Area1.
  • Organized and conducted virtual and in person educational workshop reaching up to 2500 participants for educational and networking purposes of the members.
