Marwah Allwaim, MD

I started my interventional cardiology fellowship in university of calgary in july 2024. I completed my fellowship at King Saud University Medical City in Riyadh. I started the training in cardiology on January 2021, and completed 3 years in adult cardiology fellowship on December 2023. I obtained my Saudi Board of Internal Medicine certification in 2020. Graduated from University of Dammam in 2016 with honors. I have strong motivation, unwavering commitment, and a profound desire in acquiring knowledge and fostering personal growth. I am intrigued by the field of interventional cardiology as a subspecialty due to the incomparable advantages it offers in terms of enhancing and preserving human life. I intend to pursue further training in structural interventional cardiology in Sunnybrook/Toronto for 1 year following my core interventional fellowship. I am excited to return to Saudi Arabia upon completing my training abroad and am eager to contribute to advancing cardiovascular care while serving my community and country within an institution that values clinical excellence , mentorship and long term growth.
