- In July of 2019 I re-joined the company as a pd-10 operator in Mendota, Ca
- Installing skids for the entire 150mw job
- I worked my way back into a foreman position for the next job in Newman, Ca running the pile crew for the 40mw site
- After that phase of work was complete I was shifted into a Safety Manager position to close out the job
- The next job was in Victorville, where I stayed at the Safety Manager position for the duration of the 100mw NexTracker job
- Once a majority of the work was complete and the general workforce was laid off, I went into commissioning inverters
- Most recently I just completed a 174mw job in Spiceland In
- I was in charge of getting the site set up, getting the office trailers constructed, setting up the general laydown area/parking lot
- Once work started, I was running the Pile crew completing about 30% of the job until our Racking foreman sustained a leg injury and decided to leave
- At that point I was promoted to the Racking Superintendent overseeing 3 foreman and all of Racking for the duration of the site
- Despite terrible weather conditions, unexpected delivery/material issues we were still able to hit our MC
