•Administrative Support Unit/ Performance Net Coordinator: The Performance Net (PNET) effectively and efficiently administers employee performance evaluations online. As the PNET Coordinator, I ensured accuracy and quality assurance regarding evaluations submitted correctly and with the appropriate template, in terms of the item work plan and type of assessment, and that all parties have signed accordingly. Working independently, I create work plan templates and update any necessary workflow assignments, such as the correct Rater, Reviewer, and Dept. Head. To achieve these updates, I use the Manager Profile System (MPS) to set the workflow per the correctly requested MPS submitted forms. To effectively monitor and create timely work plans, I generate PNET reports and work with the department Liaisons and Supervisors, assisting them with any personnel updates, technical use, and evaluation standards in accordance with County policy. I continuously analyze and offer input in creating a more efficient and user-friendly protocol with MARS, Manage Profile System and Performance Net, such as creating mileage certification forms and calendars, revising request documents to ensure accurate workflows and generating/tracking performance evaluation reports to help achieve a more timely submission, respectively. I was given various responsibilities and trained on all system software and functions pertinent to departmental oversight and quality assurance/customer service. Such duties include processing unit code access and onboarding (UDOC/HRDOC), requesting new unit code protocol, security roles access, Outside Employment Forms (OEF), Management Profile Systems, Performance Net monitoring and performance evaluation template creation, involvement with complex system instructions and manual creations, and offering input on best practices with MARS, MPS, and Performance Net. Daily troubleshooting skills, in all departmental areas within Administration Support/Operations, to find solutions to simple and more involved inquiries, even receiving assistance requests from outside of the Department of Pubic Health, as I have experience with MARS since almost inception. In addition, I was involved with Charitable Givings and March of Dimes campaigns, where I've created strong relationships with local vendors and businesses to help ensure a strong effort and provide incentives throughout DPH.
