- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Regularly cleaned and sanitized eating utensils, counters, and overall equipment
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Was responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and flat station and other areas of the kitchen.
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
- Regularly cleaned and sanitized eating utensils, counters, and overall equipment.
