  • Successfully campaigned for the role of city council and have been placed as the liaison for Protective Services Reporting back to Mayor and Council on Police Fire and EMS in the region
  • During this time, I have learned immensely about very large-scale budgets, taxation and implementation of public funds and many aspects of governance and policy / procedure and implementation.

  • Part of a revamping of the Shercom Sales Team and philosophy migrating away from direct customer sales to focus on B2B sales through both local and international distribution throughout North America
  • Once Sales were revamped and on track I was asked to review and oversee Environmental Participation Coordination that included scheduling and implementation of 7 Class 1A drivers and trucks to effectively improve the collection and transportation of materials throughout the province
  • Developed an in-house customer loyalty program and launched a Retailor rebate program throughout the province
  • When in house maintenance became an issue, I was again asked to oversee the department in addition to my two additional duties
  • I took this task on as it presented a big challenge, implementing preventative measures accurate scheduling and securing agreements with suppliers to streamline the department I was pleased to see it both back on track and reducing expenses while improving efficiencies
  • Eventually handing the responsibility off to a newly created position to continue to focus on Sales and market growth
  • After 5 years the ownership team of Shercom asked me to start helping with business growth of Replay Surfacing, a company that is also owned by the same ownership team but based out of Charlotte NC
  • I accepted the task and was promoted to Operations manager for the company
  • A position that I have held for approximately one year.

  • Opened first Westvac Saskatchewan Location in October of 2014
  • Responsible for every aspect of starting the new branch including laying out setting up racking and service tech areas/ setting up and maintaining inventory for parts room/ office set up with all logistics
  • Hiring all new employees including Service Manager / Service technicians and implementing all training and procedural methods from the ground up
  • Maintained current relationships and expanded interests into new customer bases including previously unapproached markets to facilitate market share growth
  • Maintained all equipment inventory vehicle maintenance schedules and personnel files
  • Sales and service numbers were consistent in growth, constantly looking for new ways to increase productivity and profits.
