
Since I can remember, I have always liked to make food and experiment with different kinds of cuisines, mainly because of my Italian background and overall love for cooking. However, my passion has especially developed in the bakery sector, where I always try to challenge myself in cooking all kinds of foods related to the pastry aspect and bread such as cakes, cookies, pastries, cupcakes and different kind of bread. Highly organized and hard worker, I rigorously keep my workplace clean and in order, allowing me to prioritize efficiency and speed while never sacrificing quality of the products.
