Activate-(Saddleback's pathway to growth-4 classes/experience)

• Recruit and develop a volunteer team to manage logistics for Activate
• Lead the Activate experience at the campus
• Connect with people to sign up and follow up with them on their next steps.

Adult Ministries

• Oversee and support all adult related ministries ranging from Men’s, Women’s, CR and others.
• Provide training and development for these ministry leaders
• Coordinate with campus staff and ministry leaders for any logistical needs

Alpha

• Recruit and develop a volunteer team to manage logistics for Alpha
• Lead the Alpha experience and strategy at the campus

Small Groups

• Point person for the small group ministry and all it pertains.
• Implement a plan and process to recruit host and community leaders.
• Train, support and care for host and community leaders.
• Run point on all host gatherings and small group campaigns.
• Create and maintain accurate stats on small group growth and health.
• Create a strategic plan to grow small groups in health and number.
• Oversee the small patio expression each weekend.
• Serve as point person for all Campaigns related to small group.
• Assist Campus pastor with the promotional strategy for all campaigns.

Campus Health and Leadership

• With the Campus Pastor, provide leadership for leadership development, planning, and evaluation of individual base plans and activities.
• Provide pastoral support at weekend services.
• Provide support to volunteers serving the weekend.
• Always be ready to help wherever is needed.

• From 2008-2017, I was kid's pastor, women's pastor, and family and marriage pastor.
• In 2017, I stopped being kid's pastor and transitioned to community life and care which includes assimilation, group life, women, marriage, family, and overseeing middle and high school directors.
• I preach from the pulpit 6 times per year, and also officiate Officiated special services such as weddings, funerals and baptisms.
• I worked with associate pastors in planning preaching series, outreach and service opportunities.
• Provided spiritual care through visitation, counseling and prayer.
• I am in charge of pastoral care for all ages and stages.
