Becoming an elementary teacher as always been something I wanted to achieve because I enjoy working with children, and helping them learn and grow. I believe the elementary years are important because they shape a child’s attitude toward school and learning. As a teacher, I want to create a positive and supportive classroom where students feel encouraged, safe, and confident. I hope to inspire my students to be curious, work hard, and believe in themselves, while building strong academic and social skills. I want to receive more hands-on experience working with children in an educational setting to prepare myself for a future as an elementary teacher. By working with kids, I hope to better understand their needs, learning styles, and behaviors. Gaining this experience will help me develop patience, communication skills, and effective teaching strategies. These opportunities will allow me to grow personally and professionally, while confirming my passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
