So far while working this position I have learned how to operate and manage a small business. This position has expanded my skills on helping people out and solving problems as well as being in control of certain situations.

At this job I extended my skills of food handling and safety, as well proper cleaning and maintenance. During this time I also learned how to work with people and train them with the skills and knowledge I acquired.

At this job I was a cook and server for the food stand at Loch Lomond Ski Hill. I learned valuable skills such as food prep, food safety and food handling skills.
