I manage 27 various facilities for Elevance Health, Anthem, Caremore, and Amerigroup throughout California and Washington. I organize and handle the budget and preventative maintenance schedule for each facility. I also coordinate projects, remodels, and facility upgrades for each location. I travel periodically to each site to visit and meet with my on-site team to ensure each building is fully functional and determine if and when upgrades or corrections are needed.

Install electrical and pull in wire. Make electrical connections in junction boxes. Install residential, commercial, and industrial electrical fixtures and various equipment. Install new outside lighting and upgrade lighting. I have done residential service upgrades as well as complete rewires and new construction. I have installed all sizes of electrical services and transformers in industrial and commercial facilities.
