  • Created a unique, scalable HRD strategy credited with substantial staff attraction, motivation and retention successes, for CEO of EGG (Europe’s first Internet only bank).
  • Devised and led on-going C level talent development program for Bauer Media Group (formerly EMAP).
  • Designed organisational restructuring and development growth model for CEO of British Midland Airways.
  • Advisor to UK Government on leadership development initiatives.
