• Devised and led on-going C level talent development program for Bauer Media Group (formerly EMAP).
• Designed organisational restructuring and development growth model for CEO of British Midland Airways.

• Designed and implemented highly successful global, cross-culturally relevant HCM initiatives to support explosive growth for CEO of EMC (now Dell EMC).
