Promoted to Store Manager in 1995 and Transferred to San Jose, Ca. Managed 8 stores as a Store Manager thru out the Bay Area until 2004 when I was transferred to Grass Valley, Ca. Operated that store until 2007. Was responsible for all aspects of store operations - staffing, hiring, training and developing associates, discipline, sales, profits, safety and liaison to the employees union representatives. Passed pharmacy tech exam in 1995. Managed stores with yearly sales volumes ranging from 3 million up to 15 million. Store staffing levels ranged from 20-60 employees.
