Under the direction of the Superintendent of Business Services, performed highly skilled and responsible administrative work in the operation of the business department which had a broad and complex range of operational and problematic responsibilities and functions. Relieved the Superintendent of a wide variety of office and administrative duties by planning, organizing, supervising, and assuming office management responsibilities.

  • Workers' Compensation Administrator for the District, implementing Bridge Assignments and created Return to Work Program.
  • Over sees all claims filed against District, seeking advice from legal counsel and preparing reports for Board of Trustees
  • Acted as Alternative Board Member for the North Valley Schools Insurance Group.
  • Served on District's Safety Committee, implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Prepared all PowerPoint presentations including, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Interim for the Board of Trustees.
  • Handled all aspects of District Insurance; Property/ Liability, Builder's Risk and Field Trip.

My passion for this field, combined with my respect for your company, make me eager to get on board.
As a former confidential employee for The Marysville Joint Unified School District, I was giving the opportunity to wear many hats and excel as an Administrative Assistant. With my previous experiences working at the district level, I have been exposed to numerous contracts, polices, designs, codes, software, legal docs, budgets and permits. I have many years of experience handling all the District Workers Compensation claims and established a Return to Work Program. Proficient in Microsoft Office; excel, PowerPoint as well as Google Chrome.


A little about me, I have been out of the work force for a few years raising my children and watching them grow and navigate towards being young adults. I was fortunate enough to retire at an early age, but now I'm looking to have more responsibility outside of being a wife and mother. My desire is to make a difference in the community where I reside.
