I have several hobbies outside of work including painting miniature models, reading a good science fiction book, spending hours playing board games with friends over a long weekend, or just sitting down for an evening for an hour or two of video games with some old college friends to keep in touch. I was also heavily involved with fencing from a young age and am currently looking for a new local fencing club. 

I have been an Implementation consultant for the past five years installing SaaS Financial software on a variety of services. This has granted me a great deal of knowledge over the overall workflow and end-to-end processes in a variety of industries. Due to the nature of financial SaaS implementation, I have also gained a great deal of understanding on the creation and managing of financial data and reports particularly creating them in a way that the end user will best understand.

Coordinating these projects has been something I have taken great personal joy in and building the relationships required to be successful has always been something I excelled at. Successful implementations have always been my goal when working on a new project. Over the years I have scoped, planned, outlined, and executed many successful projects. Often times I have been the lead on these projects as well as the implementation specialist.

I have also worked with the sales team to demo the product and answer any high-level questions for prospective clients looking to implement the software as well as the main support for users after implementation. There have been many projects within a variety of industries including Finance, clothing, dental, and education I have been involved with. All of my projects have been within a B2B context. I have worked with both for-profit and non-profit clients and have experience applying different tax solutions.

Communication skills have been one of the defining characteristics of my career and have often been complemented by my ability to remain professional at all times while still being friendly and personable. A projects success and failure is greatly impacted by how well all parties communicate.
