I have mainly worked in substations my whole career, I take my job very seriously when it comes to safety for myself and others. I strongly agree that morning/lunch tail boards are key to having a safe day. Pointing out all hazards even throughout the day even when new ones are created. "If you're early you're on time, if you're on time you're late" as an individual I tend to show up early to every project. Yes i have missed work days mainly due to sickness or family issues but the majority of the time I will be ready for work any time or any place.
