-I Enjoy going to the gym 4-5 days a week. keeping an exercise routine is important to me for mental release, longevity, energy level up. Great to be around positive people, being in the gym community always making new connections. I like to challenge my body and mind to see how strong and far I can go. Gives me a drive to strive for more physically. Helping new gym members with training.


- Being in the outdoors is like being in a new adventure every time you go out hiking. Its inspiring to meet a challenging hike to meet at a destination that has an beautiful view, sense of accomplishment. Camping at Ontario parks, getting together with family and friends.
