I’d have to say in my opinion probably my best accomplishments were building customer relations. While working at spectrum network services, I believe I helped secure a relationship and ongoing service work and projects, with The City Of Surrey. At BKS, I developed single-handedly relationships with the Fraser health authority and a data management firm known as Global Relay. There were definitely many more, but those are the ones that stand out. When I moved on to 4th Utility, Global Relay were so comfortable dealing with me that they actually followed me to this company. Since then each year we have and continue to do multiple projects with this ever expanding firm. One of my other biggest accomplishments while working for 4th Utility is, I would have to say, building our relationship with one of the companies biggest customers which is the Burnaby school district. In closing, I would have to say that I had a slight hand in securing and gaining our trust and doing business with Translink.
