Manage a team of direct employees and contingent Inspectors (~40) to flawlessly execute projects on time, under budget and with zero quality issues
Manage the construction of a portfolio of projects – projects in planning, execution, and post cleanup (~$250M-$500M, 3-7 projects per year)
Perform front-end planning, scheduling, estimating and constructability in Liquids pipelines, Gas pipelines, Metering and Compressor Stations work
Liaise with all stakeholder groups and hold them accountable for deliverables to start and complete the construction phase on time (Environment, Permits, Lands, Safety, Supply Chain, Design Engineers)
Identify areas of opportunity within Enbridge’s processes and continuously improve efficiencies to provide exceptional cost savings
Evaluate, select, negotiate, and manage contractors – draft Request for Proposal documents (RFPs), Technical Evaluation reviews, Bid Clarification reviews, Scope of Work (SOW), Performance reviews, etc.
Continuously monitor costs and Change Order Requests (CORs) to ensure realistic and fair approvals, yet still stay within budget
Report upwards on Schedule, Progress, Cost, Risk, and Quality for all projects
Proactively identify Risks and put mitigations in place to eliminate / avoid those risks
Lead strategic client communication to measure and manage progress, cost, and quality
