  • Managed the technical design, development, testing and implementation of large-scale, cross functional IT projects, such as the critical and expansive Loyalty Program revamp. The successful completion in compressed timelines and within budget constraints, directly contributed to the ongoing success of this important program. this enabled addressing data retention and points liability for stagnant accounts. This project touched approximately 150 existing processes, requiring updates and rewrites and new development to the backend, front end, website, mobile applications.
  • Managed change with operations on the loyalty revamp project to assure them that customer recall should be based on the customer, not the vehicle, which had historically been the method to retrieve a customer profile.
