
I am excited to apply for the Client Implementation Lead role at Big Health. With more than seven years of experience supporting clinicians through workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption of new care pathways, I’ve built a career around helping providers deliver better, easier, and more effective care. As a former Registered Dental Hygienist turned national implementation and training specialist, I understand firsthand how powerful the right digital tools can be for improving both patient outcomes and provider experience. My colleagues describe me as relatable, trustworthy, and clinically sharp — but also someone who brings humor, hospitality, and positivity into every training, meeting, or project. Whether I’m guiding a DSO through a new workflow or training providers on a new clinical technology, I aim to make the experience not only seamless, but genuinely enjoyable. Creating a class-act experience is important to me, because I believe patients achieve their highest overall health when the care teams supporting them feel confident, supported, and energized. In my current national specialist role, I lead onboarding and ongoing coaching for provider teams across government, university, and multi-site organizations. I collaborate cross-functionally, build scalable implementation plans, troubleshoot roadblocks, and track performance data to strengthen adoption. I love the blend of clinical problem-solving, relationship-building, and strategic execution — and I see that same blend at the heart of this role with Big Health. I’m inspired by Big Health’s mission to expand access to evidence-based mental health treatment, and I would welcome the opportunity to bring my implementation experience, hospitality-minded approach, and passion for patient well-being to your team.
