Summary

I began my policing career in Drayton Valley AB, as a General Duty Constable. During my 4 years while on Patrol I proved to be a dependable, hardworking team player. I developed relationships with co workers, community members and stakeholders. I was fortunate enough to become a field coach and successfully trained a recruit wo has since become a dependable police officer at his respective RCMP detachment. I am currently working as a police constable for the Western Alberta Crime Reduction Unit. I provide assistance to police officers and RCMP detachments throughout Western Alberta for a variety of files ranging from drug investigations, to organized crime, to apprehending high risk offenders . I provide guidance through directing operational activities of my detachment, conduct risk assessments and provide primary first response to emergency situations. I was selected to act as Cpl. due to my strong leadership skills and knowledge in policing.
