Re-design of PCBAs:

  • Participate at develop and launching new PCBA projects regarding to supply & chain optimization., Leader meetings to work with cross functional team as electronic, mechanical, package, vendors and material engineers to discuss, develop and validate new parts of PCBAs., Participate into the redesign of the PCBAs to reduce the cost, improve the quality, and increase the efficiency of the supply chain., Collaborate with DM/DFx analysis, SMT programming, validation protocols and verification build., Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to optimize sourcing, delivery, and inventory management of the PCBAs., Lead and implement engineering change into BOM from the testing/validation to implementation into the production lines.

 Product chip changes and firmware implementations:

  • Qualify, validate, and implement 12 new PCBA chips for 5 different models’ items into electrical audio models as headsets, audio bases and desktop phones., Responsible for leading the introduction of new firmwares for the new PCBAs that were developed., Ensure that the firmware met the functional, performance, and security requirements of the PCBAs., Responsible of writing IQ, OQ and PQ reports for PCBAs., Coordinate weekly meetings and goals with multifunctional team of engineers, logistics, vendors, compliance, and supply chain team from CN, US, and MX to meet the goal of create, validate, and implement total new PCBAs., Planning/coordinate prototype, pilot, acceptance, and mass production builds (30 builds)., Document new engineering changes as new assembly fixtures, audio electrical equipment, operation procedure sheets and BOM changes., Responsible to meet IPC design standards practices.
