• Company Overview: TMLSA is a subsidiary of Kinross Gold Corporation of Canada, which operates the Tasiast gold mine in Inchiri, Mauritania.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues
• Develop forecasts for demand, resources, and other key metrics using Power BI Dashboards and reports
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (e.g., supply chain, Support Services) to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate planning insights and recommendations to stakeholders

• Oversee security staff daily activities assignments as directed by Management in a timely manner
• Maintain a Security Operations Centre (“SOC”) to command, control and coordinate all Tasiast security operations on a 247 basis
• Manage site security emergencies (Emergency call Handling, response teams dispatching, incident reports writing)
• Coordinating security activities and requests with other departments, including and not limited to maintenance, human resources and IT
• Monitoring Security employees and contractor’s attendances
• Coordinating the collection, processing and dissemination of intelligence, observations and meaningful information for management review;
• Preparing, recording, documenting, investigating and submitting all instances of non-compliance with company and security policies, procedures and protocols;
• Analyze surveillance reports of locations, areas, activities to put preventive plans to prevent unwanted, prohibited or criminal activity
• Making an efficient data management relating all outcomes and details collected from missions, incidents
• Keep well detailed up to date inventory record and assists in stocking and ordering security equipment, items and electronic devices
• Analyze and report monthly incidents
• Developing and maintaining advanced emergency response skills in accordance with approved emergency response requirements
• Applying and maintaining security control measures in accordance with company approved policies, procedures, protocols, regulations and rules
• Participating on all security procedures review considering all data collected and scenarios occurred during operations and monitored incidents
• Oversee security staff site mandatory training
• Install, maintain, configure and oversee the operation of guard watch system
• Take corrective measures to ensure proper guard force patrol
• Configure, troubleshoot and maintain nomad readers. Export and import data.
• Serve as security department liaison to Track 24 system service providers.

• Managing the emergency cases by evaluating the Responsibilities: risks and dispatching the response teams.
• Tracking and reporting the geolocation of high value persons and assets.
• Cascading the highly confidential information regarding safety, security and environment; received from surveillance team to the concern parties and departments.
• Coordinating the daily Security events with all Security employees
• reporting all Security Events, incidents to Security management - Checking the Inventory of the Security Department and ordering any needed items
• Communication via Phone and Radio with Security agents of the fields

-Team Management: supervise, and motivate staff, Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.

Sales and Business Development: Set sales targets and monitor performance.

Build and maintain relationships with suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
