• I painted both the upper and lower outdoor decks of my family's residence which allowed me to develop strength and strategies in relation to physical labor.

• Tasked with ensuring the area being dug is the proper depth and length throughout the excavation process, I was required to remain attentive and articulate, qualities which I still benefit from to this day.

• In which I removed snow from parking lots as well as large paved areas through the use of a skid steer, this job allowed me to practice my ability to quickly grasp new concepts.

• During this time I gained an understanding of the publishing process and discovered a passion for writing and creative work.
