• Providing my knowledge and 20+ years experience in the wine industry to three small projects in Saint Helena and Sonoma I feel have a special terroir. Giving advice and supervising each client from vineyard management to bottling.

Performed all harvest cellar activities including:

- Maturation sampling, tracking, Receiving ,weighing fruit, forklift , fruit sorting, crush equipment operation, fermentation monitoring, pumpovers, lab analysis using Foss.

- Monitoring of the vineyard experiments, biodynamic certified practices.

- Assisted in decision taking for picking dates and pressing cuts

Multi-faceted role that encompasses all major aspect from winegrowing to winemaking, all of the way to bottling. Vineyards visits and follow up with vineyard manager, grape sampling. Manage and facilitate all off season winemaking movements, chemistry analysis, topping, racking, and blending of wines. Organize meeting with Clients and wine critics.
