I worked 10 years for Top Aces and still work there as a part time employee, i gained a lot of experience at Top Aces as a structure technician , mechanic and Alse as well . I learned from very experienced alse technicians. Top Aces gave me the ejection seat course from Martin Baker and i started getting involved more in alse , from training pilots for their initial course ( ejection seat, strap in , egress ) to fitting them ( helmet, mask, G-suit ) taking them to the pool for their dinghy/para hang training and different scenarios that can occurs during an ejection. I am now ready to take my various knowledge and try a new challenge
