For him to grow with a proper discipline and good behavior.
• Seven years old girl: Focused on building self confidence and self discipline by setting positive examples of respect and positive communication. Encouraged him to pursue his interests, set goals and reinforce virtues of working and and persistence to achieve his dreams. Responsible for assisting him to do his homework on time and motivates him if he is not in the mood to do it. Practicing good English communication skills, teaching him basic household chores and explaining the correct rules and regulations on taking public transportation.

• Five years old boy: Established sleeping and feeding regiment, by feeding and putting her to bed at the exact times on a daily basis in order to develop future healthy and eating habits. Teaching her on how to do the daily routine such as brushing her teeth in wake up time and before bed. Helping her to practice on how to eat some food by herself.
• Three and One year old girls: Creating environment of trust and respect with through praise and positive reinforcement for achievements and accomplishments. Engage and encourage them to be creative through drawing, singing, make believe, and teach them how to improve their English vocabulary. Responsible in assisting them to do their homework with minimal supervision. Teaches them on how to do some basic household chores especially the three years old.
