Works in direct relation to the above, assisting with all facets of the quotation and

sales processes, and other responsibilities including but not limited to the below

items.

Handles 3-4 million dollar accounts

Creates customer proposals in PowerPoint or alternative comparable medium.

Manages any/all marketing and targeting efforts with my Account Executive’s existing as well as potential clients . Effectively works in partnership with the production, graphics and accounting

departments, as necessary, to ensure quotations and/orders are filled and

completed by the scheduled timeframe

Attends weekly sales meetings and customer meetings, as requested, in order to

make meeting notes, retrieve information, etc.

At the direction of the “direct report” will source products, solicit vendor pricing, create customer quotations and submit quotations to an Account Executice for approval(s) prior

to sending to customer.

Manages all existing customer quotations that are out for consideration ensuring there’s follow ups made prior to those quotations expiring. In addition to this, that day to day objectives and tasks are being dealt with a timely manner.

Facilitates the approval of customers quotations and customer purchase order and remits such approved orders to accounting for approval

Act as a problem solver. Ensure that any issues with clients and suppliers are

handled to the best of my ability and are communicated to my direct report and

those within TNT that are affected by the issue

May be responsible for special projects from time to time as specified by my Account Manager
