Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch. Creates walk-in appointments or receives referrals from referring doctor/specialist for therapeutic and diagnostic and adds them to scheduling software and books follow-up appointments for the branch. Works within a team to achieve optimal customer service. Assists healthcare professionals in person or virtual with the completion of necessary administrative functions. Maintain and keep client's information confidential and protects company operations.
Greet customers and answer account queries. Handles cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and transfers efficiently. Balance cash drawers at the end of every shift, ensuring proper records and handling and reporting any discrepancies. Check customer identification and follow strict protocols to prevent fraud. Assist in opening or closing accounts and help safe deposit box access. Perform general administration job.
