  • Currently, Contractor/Support for the Crawford Adjusters of Global Technical Services, Transportation Branch, working with two Captives with specific Insurer and Insurance Brokers.
  • Collaborated with a fellow team member to manage a large volume of claim payments.
  • Updating and inputting of Financial Reserves, Liability Percentages, and Driver/Third Party information.
  • Checked payment documentation for appropriate coding, catching errors, and making revisions.
  • Conducted research, when needed, into various types of policies and procedures related to Transportation claims.
  • Maintained case files and oversaw transmissions between Crawford and specific Insurer
  • Liaise with Insurer's Treasury department concerning incoming Salvage and Subrogation payments.
  • Previously, I prepared the Accounts Receivable and Deductible Recovery Report for a large Fleet Captive on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise and resolve with Fleet Insureds for issues and requests for information.
  • Prepare documentation for approval at various levels of authority for Cash Calls over $50,000, to be forwarded to the Insurer for review, approval, and payment.
