As a member of a collaborative team, I played a crucial role in designing and developing an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) aimed at streamlining form management at 360 ELM.

We increased efficiency by 30% developing a mobile app where on-site managers can fill custom forms and send them directly to the server. This replaced a lot of manual data entry activities and reduced human errors.

Users simply need to sign in with their credentials, select the form, fill it out, and send it. The app instantly saves a PDF copy on the company's private server, resulting in immediate and efficient transportation of information. As a result the company can easily manage that information digitally, preventing human errors of previous processes.

Responsibilities:

• Developed UI design of the complete application using Android Studio and Java.
• Developed 19 page form (screens) with text inputs, checkbox and radioButtons.
• Developed Java classes to read data inputs and save them in Json objects.
• Developed class to interpret options chosen by users in checkboxes and radiobuttons to be saved in Json objects, saving them in a Json file, inside the internal memory of the mobile device.
• Developed class to read all user responses stored in the Json file, displaying them in a final screen with the option to convert the screen into a PDF file.
