* Proving person centered support to adults with learning disabilities on daily basis

* Assisting people with diverse abilities with their chores, work, leisure activities according to their annual goals

* Supporting people with diverse abilities with personal care, medication administration, doctor`s appointments, mobility issues, day to day tasks like cooking, cleaning, etc

* Allowing PWD to reach their full potential through learning life skills and other skills needed for the volunteering work, jobs, daily tasks

* Contributing to teaching PWd to be more independent and able to use their gifts and strength to the fullest

* Working well in a team and independetly depedneing on the requirements

* Leading multicultural teams in the residentila program at L`Arche

* Maintaining and improving the rhythm of the house (scheduling, organization of different activities, building positive relationship with representatives, families and professionals)

* Supporting people with diverse abilites and ages with their daily routines

*Advocating for people with developmental disabilities, allowing them to make their own choices and support them in being more independent and confident in all aspects of their lives

· Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their daily life including direct care and daily activities

· Promoting L`Arche values and mission, where relationship and mutuality is at the base

· Advocating for people with disabilities and supporting them in their decision making and choice making

· Maintaining appropriate documentation and records

· Providing support in dealing with health and other professionals

· Communicating with guardians, families and individuals themselves

* Sharing life with people with developmental disabilities and supporting them with their every day tasks

* Allowing and encouraging people with developmental disabilities to make their own choices as well as promote their independency

* Planning and organizing house and Community activities based on people`s interests and personal choices
