Summary
Graduated from Durham College in 2005, started my nursing career in a Long Term Care Facility and now currently providing bedside nursing care within the hospital setting over the last 18 years. I love the geriatric population, which is the majority of patients I have provided care for. I have a strong appreciation for learning, I connect well with my peers and patients along with their family members. I love the patient centered approach, and involving the patient and family members in their goals towards their quality of life. I enjoy teaching clinical skills at the bedside and witness growth from my teachings to both students and colleges alike.

- Safely mobilized patients to bathroom for bladder training and transferred up in chair according to patient specific weight bearing status orders.
