Accomplishments:

• M 30 Blackhawk & MCA (Gift Cards) – responsible to merchandise stores in Neepawa, Minnedosa, Strathclair, Sandy Lake, Erickson, Virden, Hartney, Oak Lake, Souris, Rivers, Hamiota, Brandon, and surrounding communities
• Carlton Cards – responsible for three Brandon Stores
• Rainbow Green House – Responsible for merchandising flowers at the Walmart Store in Brandon both in store and garden centre
• Market Fresh – Responsible for merchandising flowers at the Real Canadian Super Store in Brandon.
• Morgan Williams-Responsible for order taking at Brandon Safeway and Sobey’s
• SAS Retail Merchandisers– Responsible for merchandising all Ferrero Products (Candy and Grocery) in Walmart

Accomplishments:

• Responsible for all aspects related to the operating of a Senior’s Activity Centre e.g. overseeing rentals, programming, building maintenance and upkeep, fund-raising, staffing and as an ambassador.
• Experienced in the Traditional and Governance Models of Leadership

Accomplishments:

• Successful in working with all levels of Government and known in the business community.
• Phenomenally successful in raising revenue even during COVID.
• Created an Anti-Ageing Isolation program to reach seniors who have become isolated in their homes.
• Created a meal program for seniors servicing approximately three hundred meals a week.

Accomplishments:

• Overseeing the development of the Brandon Chapter including but not limited to public speaking, public relations, overseeing the work of the Construction Program, recruiting and training of volunteers, leading the Family Selection Committee in the choosing of families and responsible for all Fund Development. My main responsibility was to improve the name of Habitat for Humanity in Brandon and to increase revenue.

Accomplishments:

• Introduced several Lottery projects and created a quarterly acquisition letter. Made the Agency/Foundation better known throughout the area.

• Design and conduct a Development Plan each year to reach an annual goal. Collaborated closely with the President as it relates to public relations and development.- Oversee a staff of six. Successful in donor identification, cultivation, acquisition, stewardship, and retention and in creating all special events.

• Responsible for all areas of managing a Non-Profit Charity Organization.
