- Responsible for distributing daily tasks to qualified crew-members, as well as site organization
- Construct pool wall panels in accordance to specific site plans, setting them to the proper height using laser and optical levels, then footing with concrete
- Install plumbing for pool as well as electrical conduit
- Backfill excavation, then form surrounding pool deck with wood or steel forms, adding rebar for stability
- Take part in all aspects of cement pours including screed, finish, and edge cement for pool decks and equipment pads, as well as shaping cement for pool bottoms
