From 1993 to 2004, I worked general policing in New Brunswick, Northwest Territories and Montreal Drugs. From August 2004 I was posted to Cornwall CFSEU/SOC. Supervisor since October 2007. Some of these Units have similar profiles which are to investigate high level traffickers, importers and distributors of a variety of commodities, Provincially, Nationally and internationally and their focus is to successfully prosecute the upper echelon within organized crime groups. Due to the nature of these investigations, the geography and the presence of several ethnic groups living within these regions, all of the projects I have been part of provided me with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of various organized crime groups such as traditional organized crime, Hells Angels motorcycle gangs, Asian organized crime, Aboriginal organized Crime, Border Integrity/National Security investigations, Customs and Excise, Immigration and several Criminal code investigations. Within those investigations and projects both with the Montreal Drug Section and the Cornwall CFSEU/SOC (Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit and Serious and Organized Crime Section), I have performed an assortment of functions such as Affiant, Team Commander, Team Leader, Lead Investigator, Primary Investigator, File Coordinator, monitor room supervisor, lead on surveillance, search warrants, exhibit person and disclosure officer.
