Marco Galsim

As a member of the Link Crew Leadership program at San Lorenzo High School, I supported incoming freshmen in developing essential skills and adjusting to their high school experience. I actively participated in fundraising initiatives, successfully selling candies for just one dollar. Additionally, I contributed to creating a welcoming environment by providing free food to both freshmen and teachers during various school events. My strong sense of responsibility and exceptional organizational skills allowed me to effectively manage assigned tasks. With excellent social etiquette and polite communication, I consistently engage with individuals in a respectful manner. Growing up with supportive parents has instilled valuable life lessons in me, fostering a strong mindset and overall decent skills. Although my strengths lie in mathematics, I am also a fast learner; however, I acknowledge the importance of receiving proper training and guidance to excel in any given job. Asking questions is a natural part of my learning process as well.

- I made my Manager tip me everyday since I started working to The UPS Store. According to her that I was the one the best employee that she ever had.

- Me and my friends accomplished a video game that we made and we got to 3k players that played are video game.
