Summary

I am an Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Project Manager with more than ten (10) years of experience in information technology. I am certified Scrum Master PSM-I, as well as in SAFe. I have built my career in national and international companies working on large-scale projects with traditional, agile and hybrid project management. During my experiences, I worked as a Project Manager, Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I know how to work at a high level to manage transformation and implementation projects involving Agile best practices, both at the organizational level and at the team level. I coach stakeholders in Agile projects, help team members move forward, and develop solutions to help everyone progress. I had the opportunity to participate and lead Agile meetings and contribute to the proper management and planning of tasks. In the major Agile transformation project of one of the largest financial institutions in Brazil, I led, trained and supervised several Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and various business and IT teams. In addition, my knowledge allows the complete support of teams in adapting to changes, and I always provide solutions that serve the progress and communication of Scrum and hybrid teams. I know the value of good communication. I also know how to build lasting relationships and integrate quickly. Endowed with great energy and the desire to help, I never spare my efforts to successfully complete the projects in which I take part, while keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
