I am a mother of 3 amazing humans. I am also a survivor of domestic violence and abuse. I moved out at a young age and worked to survive, eventually going into trade school to become a hairstylist. Education was a life-long dream. I redid grade 12 in 2022 to achieve acceptance into University of Waterloo as a mature student.
I am a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers and the Canadian Association for Social Work Education. I am a full-time student at University of Waterloo, in the Social Development program.
