
I am passionate about personal training and committed to helping others improve their health, fitness, and confidence. My background as a national-level sprinter for five years and an Officer in a military commando unit has developed my discipline, leadership, and strong understanding of performance training. I have been consistently training in the gym and running for the past three years, building practical knowledge in strength and endurance. My goal is to complete an Ironman, and I aim to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals through structured, safe, and effective training.
