Marcel Reimer

While working in manufacturing, I've learned how to work as a team, the importance of taking initiative, and learning new skills without needing to be asked. Attention to detail and quality control in the plant have been a focus in my learning to be a leader in the shop, making decisions in scheduling and fulfilling paint requirements while keeping work integrity. Within Lode King, I've been voted into Employee Rep and Safety Rep positions, as well as efficiency classes through CI courses, showcasing my communication skills with the ground floor, middle management, and upper management regarding complaints or improvements.
