Responsible for the safe operation of the Eleonore mine and mill complex. Managed aproximately 1000 employees and contractors. Continued to work to maintain Cree relationships during Covid period.

Responsible for safe production at Porcupine Goldmine in Timmins and Chapleau. Managed approximately 1300 employees on two underground mine sites, one open pit and a milling complex. Started the Borden mine in Chapleau and closed the Dome mine in Timmins.

Provide support to General Managers in a operations. Ares of responsibility included environment and sustainability, finance, exploration and government relations. Responsible for the Borden mine construction and startup team in Chapleau.

Responsible for the safe production in the Timmins operations including two underground operations, open pit stockpile management and central mill. Worked actively with Timmins community to startup the Hollinger Open pit.

Responsible for production department at Red Lake Gold Mines.

Responsible for all techinical services activities in the operation. Direct reporting departments included engineering, geology and exploration. Member of the site senior management team.

Managed Safety, Training and nursing departments. Moved to the site following a merger of two companies to help combine the two cultures into one operation.

Managed safety, training and nursing teams at the Musselwhite operations. Developed a random drug testing program. Assisted in the region as there was no safety director at the time.

Held various positions in the geology team including, production geologist, ore resource geologist as well as senior production and exploration geologist.

Performed various duties in the Geology department including logging core, ore resource calculations using computer modelling and production geology both in underground and open pit.
