  • AdvanceCap is a boutique capital markets service agency set up to leverage AI-based tools to provide clients with a cost effective but comprehensive suite of lead-gen, outreach and amplification services. The agency mostly serves the critical minerals sector and innovation oriented businesses in cleantech/carbon markets.
  • I consulted on the development of the IR tools and will be able to provide these tools to clients at a reduced rate, making the offering even more compelling.


  • Clearview is my private strategic consultancy, which has enabled me to take on a number of mandates where I was embedded with my clients, focusing on corporate communications, corporate and business development, and capitalization efforts.

  • The Board of Directors at Binovi, and IR client in the healthcare technology space, requested I take on the role of Interim CEO to restructure the company, rationalize spending, clean up the balance sheet and, with the board, identify a new management team. I successfully completed the mandate and exited upon installation of the new CEO with capital to fund the go forward operations.
  • Managed partnerships and strategic business relationships by negotiating contract terms and handling conflicts.

  • As the VP of Investor Relations, I was responsible for the development and implementation of Aurora's global capital markets communications programme.
  • We successfully executed a comprehensive multi-channel campaign that saw the company increase its valuation from $70 million to over $15 billion at its peak.
  • Led the communication effort on numerous transactions (over 30 while at Aurora) and my team and I were nominated for best IR in a Transaction (the $3.2 billion acquisition of MedReleaf)
  • Developed and supported media focused efforts
  • Conducted hundreds of 1on1s, leading to investment (both on the open market an in placements)
  • Increased institutional ownership from less than 4% to around 24% (140% over target)
  • Increased analyst coverage from 0 to 17 (325% over target)
  • Built from scratch and led a team of 9 people
  • Built strong interdepartmental connections enabling us to develop a very comprehensive narrative that clearly differentiated the Company from its peers.
  • Collaborated closely with various department heads on strategic planning initiatives to ensure alignment between corporate goals.

  • Following my move to Canada, I joined NATIONAL TMX Equicom, which eventually was acquired by NATIONAL PR.
  • At NATIONAL, I was instrumental in acquiring new clients and was also able to expand existing mandates by cross-selling other NATIONAL services, such as corporate communications, marketing and creative.
  • By the time I left, I served as Director Investor Relations and led the CLeantech practice
  • I also served as the resident SME on cannabis

  • SFC is an IR and Financial Communications consultancy headquartered in Germany
  • As the Swiss based partner, I was responsible for managing international accounts, strategy and business development, as well as staff development.
  • While with SFC, I was able to grow the business by positioning us as the go-to agency for foreign (on the German market) listed companies, with a particular focus on Israeli technology companies
  • Represented multiple clients on the capital markets stage.
  • Helped establish relationships for my clients with bankers, analysts, journalists and other influencers

  • CalciTech, a cleantech company, was in need of an internal IR person to help capitalize the company and secure project finance to commercialize its proprietary waste monetization technology
  • As part of this process, I successfully led and quarterbacked the sales team to secure lead orders that would unlock the project finance.
  • I was the point person for 1on1s, as well as was responsible for establishing and maintaining media relationships
  • I developed a new investor base across Europe and North America, and was able to help the company secure critical funding to secure its ongoing operations
