  • Led marine procurement modernization initiative by furthering the standardization of procurement approaches through the creation and promulgation of marine procurement bulletins in support of all SVC and RRM contracts.
  • Led the IMC, MIAC and industry outlook sessions on behalf of PSPC, CCG, DND, ISED and RCMP,
  • Encouraged the piloting of vendor performance management.
