Marc-André Lagacé

An Information Systems Technician (IST) within the armed forces has broad responsibilities. In my case, I am called upon to fulfill multiple positions according to the needs. My primary role is as a deployable Secret Network Systems Administrator.

Over the past year, I have been tasked with innovating and developing technologies. Therefore, during the past year, I have also fulfilled the role of a network and computer engineer. I designed and implemented an entirely new server suite with services never before seen within the armed forces, deploying it in operational environments.

At QuickSoft, I have a wide range of responsibilities. Primarily, I am solely accountable for overseeing the server and network infrastructure for both the company and all our customers. In addition, I serve as a technical advisor to our clients, providing guidance and expertise.

Furthermore, I hold the role of Project Leader and Programmer. As such, I am responsible for determining the software development approach and assigning tasks accordingly. I also actively engage in coding and programming activities.
