Psychology graduate from CSU, Sacramento with focus in Applied Behavior Analysis. Three years of experience in applying behavior modification interventions for 40 children across environments. Experience with leading groups in curriculum and providing training and feedback to new hires.
• Provide in-field support to new hires across 4 sessions to ensure competency and increase retention rates in the Sacramento region.
• Conduct start-ups and skill maintenance tasks on essential job responsibilities, to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new RBTs.
• Track and document progress of RBTs with areas of support provided and areas of improvement needed. Discuss creation of goals for new hire with Clinical Team.
• Provide targeted support to RBTs identified by the Clinical Team to address specific skill gaps and performance improvement needs.
• Administrative duties: Manage flexible schedule to provide timely support to RBTs. Managing timestamps. Collaboration with the scheduling team on new-hire training time stamps. Collaboration with Clinical Team to provide service calls to families, as applicable.
• Continue to provide 1:1 direct services to fulfill personal client caseload outside of felid support activities.
• Assess RBT team concerns and advocate for resources.
• Collaborate with Area Director and Culture Team about clinical changes.
• Develop strategies to effectively inform and support RBT team of clinic dynamics.
• Coordinate and promote events to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
• Present ideas and solutions to the supervisory team, to address concerns and improve workplace support.
•Leads RBT group in curriculum delivery.
