- Step Up Lead for SB600 Air Vehicle building team.
- As a Step Up Lead, helped to complete pre inspections on completed Air Vehicles to help minimize workmanship issues at Quality inspection level.
- Experienced in assembling all sub assemblies required for SB600 and also building and testing SB600 Air Vehicles.
- Identified potential areas of improvement within existing assembly processes and recommended solutions accordingly.
- Was involved in and assisted engineering team with SB600 Silvus procedure development and assembly process.
- Was involved in SB600 Kaizen to help create new improved and efficient 3P line for future use in SB600.
- Knowledge in using programs like Oracle GUI, MS Reporting and Oracle EBS to manage and complete Work Orders and Quality reports/NCs.
- Point of contact for Engineers and MRB to give input on solutions for reworks and to complete reworks.
- Worked with material control specialists and stockroom to help keep constant flow of W/Os to help reach targets and goals.
- Identified and reported nonconforming materials/parts and brought info to Quality Engineers and Mechanical Engineers so that items could be purged/fixed.
- Ensured that all materials used met required standards before use in production operations.
- Kept production logs for SB600 Air Vehicle builds
