caseload of 10–14 residents, ensuring comfort and preserving dignity in every interaction.
• Monitored and reported changes in clients’ physical and mental health to nurses or care coordinators.
• Provided social and emotional support to long-term residents, many with disabilities, dementia,
Alzheimer’s, and chronic kidney disease, fostering therapeutic relationships and trust.
• Maintained infection control protocols across 8-10 resident rooms and shared spaces, helping
achieve facility-wide standards during audits and outbreak prevention.

• Performed neuro checks (GCS, pupils, motor) every 1–2 hrs and alerted the team to any deterioration.
• Managed ICP drains and CPP targets, ensuring accurate zeroing and waveform interpretation.
• Administered & titrated mannitol, hypertonic saline, sedatives, anticonvulsants, and vasoactives per orders.
• Assisted in rounds with neurosurgery, PT, OT, and SLP to plan care for stroke, TBI, SAH, and post-op patients.
• Conducted ventilator care, EEG monitoring setup, and family education on neuro-critical care goals.
